PasaRonda is operated and provided by Spark & Reason LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. “PasaRonda” is the product name; “we,” “us” and “our” in its terms and policies refer to Spark & Reason LLC.

- Terms of use: accounts, use license, interview rules and acceptable use, content, AI limitations and responsibilities.

The documents are available in Spanish and English. The language switch opens the corresponding translated document. Both versions aim to express the same obligations; neither translation reduces mandatory legal rights.
3. Brand, content and third parties
Rights in PasaRonda, its design and software belong to Spark & Reason LLC or its licensors. Documents and experiences you provide remain yours. Third-party component licenses and notices apply under their own terms.
References to Google, Windows, macOS and meeting tools identify compatible services or providers. They do not mean those companies sponsor PasaRonda or that your interview permits AI assistance.
