What is an AI interview assistant?

It is an app that uses artificial intelligence to help you organize your answers during a job interview. PasaRonda uses the conversation, your résumé and your stories to show brief guidance. You choose what to say; AI can make mistakes and does not guarantee a job offer.

Does PasaRonda answer for me?

No. It shows cues and an opening line drawn from your own experience, and you say it in your own words. It's designed to help you think clearly under pressure, not to read a script.

My interview is in English, but Spanish is my first language. Will it help?

Yes, that's one of the cases we built it for. Use the app in Spanish while the interview happens in English: cues come out in the language of the conversation so you can say them as they are. If the conversation switches languages, the guidance switches too.

Which call apps does it work with?

In online mode PasaRonda captures your microphone and your computer's audio, so it works beside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and other call apps. For in-person or phone-on-speaker interviews, use in-the-room mode with one microphone.

What if it has nothing useful to say?

It stays quiet. It waits for natural turn boundaries and skips small talk, questions you're already answering well, and suggestions that would arrive too late to help.

Can it handle technical and coding interviews?

Yes. Capture your screen or paste an image of a written prompt, and technical questions get a structured approach with trade-offs and diagrams, right after the quick cues.
